To ensure an objective and consistent evaluation of candidates, the following requirements must be strictly observed:

Number and Recency of Photos

Request 2–3 recent photos taken recently. The photos must reflect the candidate's current appearance.

A full-body photo is mandatory in order to properly assess overall proportions and visual format.

Photos must be:

  • without filters
  • without retouching
  • without graphic editing
  • without distortion of proportions

Photos from Messengers

Photos sent through messengers are not recommended, as it is impossible to verify when they were taken and whether they are up to date.

Photos from Social Media

Photos from social media are acceptable only if:

  • they were posted recently (no more than 3 months ago);
  • they reflect the candidate's current appearance.
