Call Scripts — Streaming Model Position

Internal Guide for Recruitment Team

Document Structure

Quick Navigation — Mid-Call Fast Access

Brand & Representation Guidelines

When speaking with candidates, you represent a talent agency — never mention “HUNTME” (this is an internal platform name only).

Default brand: Starmore & Co. (starmoreco.com) — a talent agency specializing in developing and promoting streaming models on international platforms.
If your campaign is assigned a different client brand, use that brand name and URL instead.
Use the company name consistently throughout the entire conversation. Substitute [Company Name] in all scripts below.
If asked about the company website, provide: [Company URL] (default: starmoreco.com)
Positioning for the candidate: “We are a talent agency that discovers, trains, and promotes streaming talent on international platforms.”
Overview

Call Flow — 5 Phases

Key Principle

Every phase must earn the candidate’s permission to continue. Do not dump information — engage, ask, listen. The goal is a conversation, not a monologue.

↑ Quick Navigation
1

Opening

Goal: The candidate stays on the line and agrees to listen

Tone Guidance

Speak in a warm, confident, slightly upbeat tone. Not salesy, not robotic — like a friendly colleague sharing a genuine opportunity. Pace: moderate, clear articulation. Smile while you speak — it comes through in your voice.

Warm Traffic (candidate responded to an ad)
WARM

Hello, [Name]! My name is [Your Name], I’m calling from [Company Name]. You recently responded to our job posting for a remote position — thank you for your interest!

I’d love to tell you more about the role and see if it’s a good fit. Do you have a couple of minutes?

If “Yes”

Proceed to Phase 2: Mini-Pitch

Cold Traffic (outbound call, no prior contact)
COLD

Hello, [Name]! My name is [Your Name] from [Company Name] — we’re a talent agency in the online streaming space.

I’m reaching out because we’re currently expanding our team of streaming models, and I have an opportunity that might be a great fit for you. Can I take just 60 seconds to explain?

Why 60 seconds?

Asking for “60 seconds” is a micro-commitment. It feels low-risk. Once they say yes, you have permission to pitch. Never ask “Are you interested?” on a cold call — the default answer is always “no.”

Referral (someone recommended the candidate)
REFERRAL

Hello, [Name]! My name is [Your Name] from [Company Name]. I’m reaching out because [Referrer Name] recommended you — they thought you’d be a great fit for a remote opportunity we have.

Do you have a couple of minutes? I’d love to tell you more.

Handling Early Resistance

If “I’m busy right now”

No problem at all! When would be a better time for me to call back? I just need a couple of minutes.

Internal Note

Schedule the callback in your tracking system (e.g. Bitrix24, AmoCRM, HubSpot, Google Sheets — whatever tool your call center uses). Always confirm: “Great, I’ll call you on [day] at [time]. Talk to you then!”

If “Not interested” (first resistance)

Option A — Curiosity hook

I completely understand. Most of our current models said the same thing at first — but after learning more, they found it was different from what they expected. Can I just take 30 seconds to explain what makes this unique?

Option B — Value-first

That’s fair. Just so you have the full picture: this is a fully remote position with flexible hours and weekly pay starting from $500 per month. If that sounds like it could work for you, I’m happy to share more. If not — no worries at all.

Option C — Soft exit with lead capture

No problem. I’ll send you a quick message with the details — if it ever becomes relevant, you’ll have it. What’s the best messenger to reach you?

Rule

Use one rebuttal maximum. If the candidate says “no” again after the rebuttal — respect it, thank them, and end the call politely. Never push more than once.

Phase 2: Mini-Pitch →
↑ Quick Navigation
2

Mini-Pitch

Goal: Build enough interest to proceed with qualification

ALL TRAFFIC TYPES

[Company Name] is a talent agency that develops streaming models for international platforms. Here’s a quick overview:

  • It’s a fully remote position — you work from home
  • Flexible schedule — you choose your hours
  • Income starts from $500 per month, with experienced models earning significantly more
  • Weekly payouts — and during your first week, you get paid daily
  • You’ll work with a personal operator who supports and guides you

The content is entertainment-based — live conversations, interactive shows, music, humor. You develop your own style, no strict scripts.

Before I go into more detail, I’d like to make sure the position is a good fit for you. Can I ask you a few quick questions?

Why pitch BEFORE qualification?

On cold traffic, the candidate has no reason to answer personal questions unless they understand the value first. The mini-pitch gives them enough context to stay engaged. Keep it under 40 seconds.

← Phase 1: Opening Phase 3: Qualification →

3

Qualification

Goal: Confirm the candidate meets all requirements

ALL TRAFFIC TYPES

Great! These will be quick — just to confirm the technical fit.

1

Which smartphone model are you currently using?

Required: iPhone 11 or newer / Android 2023 or newer

If phone is too old

“Unfortunately, the streaming platforms require a newer device for video quality. Do you have plans to upgrade in the near future?” — If no, proceed to Disqualification: Technical

2

Do you have headphones with a microphone?

If no

Not a blocker. Say: “That’s easy to fix — any standard headphones with a mic will work. You can pick up a pair for under $10.”

3

May I ask how old you are?

Required: 18–25 years old

If under 18

“Unfortunately, this position is only available for candidates 18 and older.” — Proceed to Disqualification: Age

The platforms we work with have certain visual profile guidelines, so I need to confirm a couple of details. Could you share your approximate height and weight?

Internal Calculation

Formula: height (cm) − weight (kg) ≥ 99. Example: 170 cm − 65 kg = 105 ⇒ Pass. If below 99 — request recent full-body photos for additional review, or proceed to Disqualification: Format

If borderline (95–99)

“Thank you for sharing. I’d like to confirm your fit with our team — could you send 2–3 recent full-body photos via Telegram or WhatsApp? This is standard practice for matching with platform visual guidelines.”

5

Do you have a private room where you can work without interruptions?

If no private room

This is a hard requirement — do not proceed without it. Disqualification: No Private Room

6

Can you ensure quiet conditions during streams, with no other people appearing in the background?

7

How many hours per day and days per week would you be available to work?

Minimum: 6 hours/day, 30 hours/week

If less than minimum

“The minimum for this position is 6 hours per day. Would you be able to adjust your schedule to meet that?” — If definitely no, note it but still invite to interview (interviewer may negotiate).

8

Could you share your Telegram or WhatsApp contact? We use it for all further communication.

Telegram: @lexa_01 / WhatsApp: +1 234 567 8900

Thank you for the information! You meet all the requirements. Let me tell you more about how everything works.

← Phase 2: Mini-Pitch Phase 4: Value Expansion →
↑ Quick Navigation
4

Value Expansion

Goal: Build desire and commitment before closing

Important

Only reach this phase if the candidate passed qualification. Don’t spend time pitching to someone who doesn’t meet the criteria.

About the Role

As a streaming model, you host live broadcasts on international platforms. You interact with viewers in real time — conversations, entertainment, interactive activities.

  • Live interaction with viewers
  • Dancing, music, humor, creative content
  • Casual conversations and general topics

There is no strict script — we help you develop your unique style and personal brand.

Essentially, you earn through communication, attention, and your ability to keep viewers engaged. The more comfortable and natural you are, the higher your earning potential.

How Earnings Work

Your income comes from viewer engagement:

  • Viewers send virtual gifts and donations
  • Viewers may invite you from public chat into private one-on-one sessions
  • Private chats are paid per minute and often generate the main income

Payment structure:

  • Weekly payouts (at the end of each week)
  • Average income starts from $500 per month
  • Experienced models earn $300+ per stream
  • First 5 days — daily payouts after each completed stream

Important: Your Boundaries

  • You are never required to do anything that makes you uncomfortable
  • You control your boundaries and communication format
  • Prior experience is not required
  • Strong communication skills and charisma matter more than perfect appearance

Support Team

You’ll work with a dedicated operator who:

  • Moderates and manages the chat
  • Launches interactive activities and challenges
  • Optimizes your stream for maximum visibility and earnings
  • Helps attract and retain paying audiences

Their goal is to make your streams as comfortable and profitable as possible. You focus on being yourself — they handle the technical and strategic side.

Our Team

We currently work with models across more than 15 countries. Many of our team members started with zero streaming experience and now earn consistently within their first 3 months.

Schedule & Format

  • Flexible schedule — you plan your own shifts
  • Minimum 6 hours per day / 30 hours per week
  • Morning, daytime, or night shifts — platforms operate across time zones
  • Fully remote — work from anywhere with a stable internet connection

Does everything sound clear so far? Do you have any questions?

Pause here

Wait for the candidate to respond. If they have questions — answer using the Objection Handling section. If no questions — proceed to Phase 5: Closing

← Phase 3: Qualification Phase 5: Closing →
↑ Quick Navigation
5

Closing & Interview Booking

Goal: Schedule the interview with a confirmed date and time

If you’re interested, the next step is a short online interview — about 40 minutes. During the interview, you’ll:

  • Learn more about the company and the platform
  • Meet the interviewer and ask any remaining questions
  • See exactly how the work process looks
  • Schedule your first training stream if everything feels right
Alternative Close Technique

Do NOT ask “Would you like to schedule?” (easy “no”). Instead, use an alternative close — offer two specific options:

The interview is via Zoom. Which works better for you — [Day 1] or [Day 2]?

After they pick a date/time

Confirm the exact date, time, and format. Then deliver the passport/ID requirement:

Perfect! I’ll send you a confirmation message on Telegram / WhatsApp with all the details.

One thing to mention — please have your passport or ID card available during the interview. It’s a standard requirement for identity and age verification. The interviewer will just need to briefly see it on camera.

We’re looking forward to meeting you on [date]! If anything changes, just let us know in advance. Have a great day, [Name]!

Within 5 minutes after the call

Send the Post-Call Confirmation Message via Telegram / WhatsApp. This cements the commitment and reduces no-shows by 30–40%.

If “I’ll think about it”
Clarify the hesitation

Of course, take your time. Just so I can help — what specifically would you like to think over? Maybe I can clarify something right now?

If they insist

Totally fair. When would be a good time for me to follow up — tomorrow or the day after?

For detailed rebuttal scripts

See Objection Handling Guide → "I need to think about it" for advanced rebuttals and messenger templates.

Internal Note

Always lock down a specific callback date/time. “I’ll think about it” with no follow-up date = lost lead. Schedule the callback in your tracking system (e.g. Bitrix24, AmoCRM, HubSpot, Google Sheets — whatever tool your call center uses) and mark as “warm lead, follow-up required.”

If “I need to discuss with someone”

Absolutely, I understand. Would it help if I briefly explained the key points to you, so you have all the information to share with them? And I can call you back at a time that works — would tomorrow be okay?

Callback — 2nd Attempt

Hello, [Name]! This is [Your Name] from [Company Name] again. I tried reaching you earlier about a remote opportunity. I wanted to give it one more try — do you have a quick minute?

Callback — 3rd Attempt (final)

Contact attempt rules

Objections

Objection Handling

General Rule

When handling objections: (1) acknowledge, (2) answer clearly and confidently, (3) redirect to the next step. Never be defensive. Never argue. If the candidate pushes back twice on the same point — move on.

“Is this adult content?”
[Name], [Company Name] is a professional talent agency. We work with mainstream international streaming platforms — similar to platforms where influencers and content creators build their audiences. The content is entertainment-based: live conversations, interactive shows, music, humor. Everything follows standard platform guidelines, and you always control your own boundaries.
“Is this a scam?” / “Is this company real?”
I completely understand the concern — there are a lot of questionable offers out there. [Company Name] is a registered talent agency with an established track record. You can check our website at [Company URL]. Our process is fully transparent: you go through an interview, see exactly how everything works, meet the team, and only then decide if you want to start. There are no upfront payments or fees from you at any stage.
“I don’t have any experience.”
That’s completely normal — most of our successful models started with zero experience. Training is included and provided at no cost. During your training period, you already begin earning money, and you’ll have continuous support from your operator and the team.
“Why do you ask about height and weight?”
Great question. The streaming platforms we work with follow specific visual profile guidelines — similar to how modeling agencies have certain format requirements. It helps us determine which platform and content format would be the best fit for you. It’s a standard part of our screening process.
“Why do you need my passport?”
It’s a standard identity and age verification procedure. The interviewer will simply ask you to briefly show your passport or ID card on camera during the Zoom call — just to confirm your identity and that you’re at least 18. We do not collect copies or store any personal documents.
“What exactly does the company do?”
[Company Name] is a talent agency specializing in discovering, training, and promoting streaming talent. We work with international streaming platforms and provide full support: content strategy, professional operators for chat management, mentoring, and technical optimization. Our team handles everything behind the scenes so you can focus on streaming.
“What exactly will I be doing?”
Your main responsibilities:
  • Hosting live streams on international platforms
  • Interacting with viewers in real time
  • Building your personal brand and communication style
  • Participating in creative content production
You won’t be working alone — your operator and the team provide support throughout the entire process.
“What content topics are allowed?”
You choose your content direction based on your interests. Popular formats include:
  • Just Chatting (live conversations)
  • Music, dance, creative content
  • Reviews and discussions
  • Entertainment and humor
During training, mentors help you build your content plan. Restriction: political and religious topics are not allowed.
“How much can I really earn?”
Income depends on your activity and engagement level:
  • Starting average: $500+ per month
  • Experienced models: $300+ per individual stream
  • Top performers earn significantly more
Income is generated through viewer tips, virtual gifts, paid private chats, and platform bonuses. The more time and effort you invest, the higher the returns.
“Which platforms do you work with?”
We work with several major international streaming platforms. The specific platform is assigned based on your profile, strengths, and current market demand. The interviewer will explain platform details during your meeting.
“Can I work less than 6 hours a day?”
The minimum requirement is 6 hours per day and 30 hours per week. This workload is necessary for consistent audience growth and stable earnings. The schedule is flexible though — you choose when to start and end your shifts.
“Can I combine this with my job / studies?”
Absolutely — many of our models combine streaming with other activities. The schedule is fully flexible. As long as you can commit to the minimum 6 hours per day, you’re free to organize your time however works best.
“Is the employment official?”
The cooperation format is freelance-based — you work as an independent contractor. Payments are made weekly to your account. All details regarding cooperation terms, payment methods, and working conditions are explained during the interview.
“How long does the interview take?”
The interview is individual and takes approximately 40 minutes. It’s conducted via Zoom — you’ll have a private conversation with the interviewer, learn about the work process in detail, and get answers to all your questions.
“Is the job fully remote?”
Yes, 100% remote. You’ll need a quiet, private workspace, a qualifying smartphone, headphones with a mic, and a stable internet connection. That’s it — no office, no commute.

Disqualification — Soft Rejection Scripts

Important

Always end on a positive note. The candidate may refer friends, revisit later, or leave reviews. Treat every disqualification as a brand-building moment.

Technical (phone doesn’t meet requirements)

Thank you for your time, [Name]. Unfortunately, the streaming platforms require a newer smartphone model for optimal video quality. If you upgrade your device in the future, feel free to reach out — we’d be happy to reconsider your application. I wish you all the best!

Age (outside 18–25 range)

Thank you for your interest, [Name]. Unfortunately, this particular position has an age requirement of 18 to 25. If we open positions with different requirements, we’ll keep your contact on file. Thank you and have a great day!

Visual Format (height/weight criteria not met)

Thank you for sharing that information, [Name]. At the moment, the platforms we work with have specific visual profile guidelines, and this particular opening may not be the best match right now. However, our requirements do change from time to time. Would it be okay if we kept your contact for the future?

No Private Room

I understand, [Name]. Unfortunately, having a private workspace is essential for this position — it’s a core requirement from the streaming platforms. If your living situation changes, don’t hesitate to reach out. Best of luck!
