Brand Representation Guidelines

Important — Read Before Messaging

Throughout this document, placeholders are used for brand identity. Replace them with the brand assigned to your campaign:

[Company Name] — the company name you represent (e.g., Starmore & Co. or any client brand)
[Company URL] — the website (e.g., starmoreco.com)
[Your Name] — your real first name

Default positioning: professional talent agency specializing in streaming talent recruitment. You are an HR specialist / talent scout reaching out about a remote opportunity.

Never mention HUNTME in candidate-facing messages. HUNTME is the internal platform only.

Key Principle

Messenger is not a phone call. Do not dump all information in one giant message. Send short, conversational messages. Wait for a reply before moving to the next phase. Each message should be 2–5 sentences maximum. If the candidate doesn’t respond within 15–20 minutes, do not keep sending — move to the follow-up chain schedule.

Formatting Rules

Use line breaks for readability. Avoid walls of text. Use emojis sparingly (maximum 1–2 per message) and only if appropriate for the audience. Keep the tone friendly and professional, as if you are chatting with a colleague — not sending a corporate email.

Phase 1

Opening Message

Goal

Get a response. The opening message must be short, clear, and end with a question. Do not explain the full opportunity yet — just create enough interest for them to reply.

Warm Lead (responded to an ad)
Warm

Hi [Name]! This is [Your Name] from [Company Name].

I saw you responded to our ad about the remote streaming model position. Great that you’re interested! Would you like me to tell you more about the role and how the earnings work?

Cold Lead (outbound from a database)
Cold

Hi [Name]! My name is [Your Name], I’m an HR specialist at [Company Name], a talent agency.

We have a remote opportunity for an online streaming model — flexible hours, weekly pay starting from $500/month. Would you be open to hearing a bit more about it?

Referral (someone recommended them)
Referral

Hi [Name]! I’m [Your Name] from [Company Name].

[Referrer Name] suggested I reach out to you — they thought you might be a great fit for a remote streaming position we’re currently hiring for. Mind if I share a quick overview?

After sending

Wait for a response. If they reply with interest (“Yes”, “Sure”, “Tell me more”, etc.), proceed to Phase 2. If they ask a question, answer it first, then transition to Phase 2. If no reply after 3–4 hours — see Follow-Up Chains.

Phase 2

Value Pitch

Goal

Explain what the job is, how the earnings work, and what makes it attractive — in 1–2 short messages. Then ask permission to move to qualification questions.

Message 1: The Role

The role is an Online Streaming Model — you host live broadcasts on international platforms. The format is flexible: live conversations with viewers, interactive shows, music, entertainment — you pick what feels natural to you. There’s no strict script.

It’s fully remote — you work from home with your smartphone. And you’ll have a personal operator who helps moderate your chat and optimize your streams.

Message 2: Earnings

Here’s how the earnings work:

  • Income comes from viewer gifts, donations, and paid private chats
  • Payments are made weekly
  • Average starting income: from $500/month
  • Experienced models earn $300+ per stream
  • During the first 5 days — daily payouts after each stream

We work with models across more than 15 countries. Many started with zero streaming experience — after their first month, most are comfortable working independently.

Training is included at no cost. Can I ask you a few quick questions to see if the position is a good fit?

Tip

If the candidate responds positively (“Yes”, “Go ahead”), move to Phase 3. If they ask questions first — answer, then ask again: “Can I ask you a couple of quick questions to check if this would work for you?”

Phase 3

Qualification

Goal

Verify the candidate meets basic requirements. In messenger, do not send all questions at once. Break them into 2–3 batches and wait for answers between each.

Batch 1: Technical & Age

Great! Just a few quick questions:

1. What smartphone model do you have?
2. Do you have headphones with a microphone?
3. May I ask how old you are?

Evaluation

Smartphone: Needs a device with a decent front camera (iPhone 8+ or equivalent Android from 2018+). If outdated — note it but continue; this can be discussed at the interview.
Age: Must be 18+. If under 18 — send the Disqualification (Age) message immediately.

Batch 2: Environment & Availability

Thanks! A couple more:

4. Do you have a private room where you can stream without interruptions?
5. Can you ensure quiet conditions with no one else appearing on camera?
6. How many hours per day / days per week could you work?

Evaluation

Private room: Important but not a hard blocker — discuss options at the interview if needed.
Availability: Minimum requirement is 6 hours/day, 30 hours/week. If significantly less — explain the minimum and ask if they can commit. If not — send Disqualification (Availability) message.

Batch 3: Contact & Scheduling

Almost done! Two last things:

7. What’s your Telegram or WhatsApp contact so we can coordinate further?
8. What date and time would work for you for a short online interview (about 40 minutes)?

Transition

Once they provide a preferred time, confirm it and move to Phase 4 (Closing). If they hesitate about the interview, address the concern first (see Objection Handling).

Phase 4

Closing & Interview Booking

Goal

Lock in the interview time and send the official invitation details. Create a sense of commitment so they actually show up.

Confirmation Message

You’re all set! I’ve booked your interview for [Date] at [Time].

I’ll send you the full details in a moment. We’re looking forward to meeting you!

Important

Within 5 minutes after confirmation, send the Interview Invitation Template (Section 10). Then log the candidate and the scheduled interview time in your tracking system (e.g. Bitrix24, AmoCRM, HubSpot, Google Sheets — whatever tool your call center uses).

If they want to “think about it”

Of course, take your time! I just want to mention — the interview is completely no-obligation. You get to see how everything works, meet the team, and decide afterward. There’s no commitment until you choose to start.

Would it be easier if I just penciled you in for [suggested time]? You can always reschedule if needed.

If they still hesitate

Totally understand. When would be a good time for me to follow up — tomorrow or the day after?

Internal Note

Always get a specific follow-up date. “I’ll think about it” without a return date = lost lead. Schedule the follow-up in your tracking system (e.g. Bitrix24, AmoCRM, HubSpot, Google Sheets — whatever tool your call center uses) and mark as “warm lead, follow-up required.”

Follow-Up Chains

Why Follow-Ups Matter

Most candidates in messenger don’t respond to the first message. This is normal. A structured follow-up chain recovers 20–40% of leads that would otherwise be lost. Follow the timing precisely — too fast feels pushy, too slow and they forget you.

Chain A: No Reply to Opening Message
After 3–4 hours

Hi [Name]! Just following up in case my message got buried. We have a remote streaming position with weekly pay — would you like to hear the details? It’ll take just a minute.

Next day (Day 2)

Hey [Name]! I reached out yesterday about a remote opportunity with flexible hours and weekly earnings starting from $500/month. If this sounds interesting — just reply “yes” and I’ll share the details. If not — no worries at all!

Day 3 (final)

[Name], this is my last follow-up! We’re wrapping up recruitment for the current batch of streaming model positions. If you’d like to be considered — let me know today. Otherwise, I wish you all the best!

After 3 attempts

If no response after the Day 3 message, mark the lead as “no response” in your tracking system (e.g. Bitrix24, AmoCRM, HubSpot, Google Sheets) and move on. Do not send more messages.

Chain B: Replied but Stopped Responding Mid-Conversation
After 30 minutes – 1 hour

No rush! Whenever you’re free, just let me know — I’ll be here.

Next day

Hey [Name]! We were chatting yesterday about the streaming model position. Would you like to continue? I’d be happy to answer any questions you might have.

Day 3 (final)

Hi [Name]! Just checking in one last time. If you’re still interested in the remote streaming position — I’m here to help. If not — totally fine, no pressure. Wishing you all the best!

Chain C: Said “I’ll think about it”
On the agreed day (or next day if no date set)

Hi [Name]! Have you had a chance to think about the streaming model opportunity? Happy to answer any questions that came up. We still have a couple of spots open for this week’s interviews.

Day after (final)

[Name], just a quick follow-up! The interview is no-obligation — you get to see how everything works and decide afterward. Would you like me to reserve a spot for you?

Chain D: Post-Interview No-Show
15 minutes after missed interview

Hi [Name]! We had your interview scheduled for today at [Time]. It looks like you couldn’t make it — is everything okay? Would you like to reschedule?

Next day

Hey [Name]! No worries about yesterday — things happen. I still have a couple of open interview slots this week. Would any of these work for you?

Option A: [Date/Time]
Option B: [Date/Time]

Day 3 (final)

[Name], this is my last check-in regarding the interview. If you’d like to reschedule — just let me know today. Otherwise, I’ll close your application for now. You can always reach out later if your situation changes. All the best!

No-Show Rule

Maximum 2 reschedule attempts. If the candidate no-shows twice — mark as “no-show” in your tracking system and move on. Do not chase further.

Section 8

Objection Handling (Messenger)

General Rule

In messenger, keep rebuttals shorter than on the phone. 2–3 sentences maximum. Acknowledge, answer clearly, redirect. If they push back twice on the same point — respect it and move on.

Full Objection Handling Guide

This section covers the 10 most common messenger objections. For all 21 objections with detailed phone and messenger templates (including "I need to think about it", "I already have a job", "What if I don't like it?", and more), see the Complete Objection Handling Guide.

“Not interested” / “No thanks”
Rebuttal:
No problem at all! Just curious — is it the remote format or the streaming part that doesn’t appeal? Some of our models were initially unsure but ended up really enjoying it. Either way, thanks for letting me know!

“What is this exactly?” / “Can you explain more?”
Rebuttal:
Of course! You’d host live streams on international platforms — similar to what influencers and content creators do. The content is entertainment-based: conversations with viewers, interactive shows, music, humor. Everything is within standard platform guidelines and you always control your own boundaries. Would you like me to walk you through the details?

“Is this adult content?”
Rebuttal:

“Is this a scam?” / “This looks suspicious”
Rebuttal:
I completely understand the caution — there are a lot of questionable offers online. [Company Name] is a registered talent agency — you can check us out at [Company URL]. We never ask for any payments or fees from you. The interview process is fully transparent, and you only start working once you’ve seen everything and decided yourself.

“How much can I really earn?” / “$500 sounds too good”
Rebuttal:
$500/month is actually the starting range — it’s based on the minimum streaming hours (6h/day). Income grows with experience and audience engagement. During the first 5 days you get daily payouts, so you’ll see the earning potential quickly. I can share more specifics at the interview if you’d like!

“I don’t have any experience”
Rebuttal:
That’s completely normal! Most of our successful models started with zero experience. Training is included and free. You’ll also have an operator who supports you from day one.

“I already have a job”
Rebuttal:
Many of our models combine this with other work. Since the schedule is flexible and you work from home, you can pick the hours that suit you best. Even a few hours in the evening can generate solid extra income.

“Do I need to show my face?”
Rebuttal:
Yes, streaming does involve being on camera — that’s the core of the role. But you have full control over your content, appearance, and boundaries. Many models treat it like being a host or entertainer. If you’re comfortable with video calls — you’ll be comfortable with this.

“I need to ask my partner / parents / friend”
Rebuttal:
Of course! Would it help if I put together a quick summary you could share with them? In the meantime, I can pencil you in for an interview slot — it’s no-obligation and you can always cancel. When would be a good time to follow up?

“6 hours a day is too much”
Rebuttal:
I get that! The 6-hour minimum is the standard, but you can discuss a flexible arrangement during the interview. Some models start with shorter sessions and build up. The main thing is consistency. Would you like to discuss the options at the interview?

Rebuttal:
Since this is a fully remote position, the interview is also online — via Zoom. [Company Name] works with talent internationally, so all processes are set up for remote collaboration. You can check our website at [Company URL] for more about us!

“Why do you need my passport at the interview?”
Rebuttal:
It’s a standard identity and age verification — required by the streaming platforms we work with. We don’t collect or store copies of your documents. You simply show it briefly on camera during the interview. This is to ensure compliance with platform rules.
