The A-A-R Framework

Every objection is handled in three steps. This applies to phone calls, messenger, and any other channel. Master this sequence and you’ll handle any objection naturally.

1
Acknowledge
Show you heard them. Validate the concern without agreeing with it.
2
Answer
Give a clear, confident, factual response. No hedging. No defensiveness.
3
Redirect
Move to the next step — a question, an invitation, a close.
Never argue. If they push back twice on the same point — respect it and move on.
Never be defensive. Defensive tone signals that you have something to hide.
Phone: speak naturally. Use the scripts as a guide, not a word-for-word read.
Messenger: keep it short — 2–3 sentences max. Copy the purple MESSAGE blocks.

Trust & Legitimacy

“Is this adult content?”

Phone
[Name], [Company Name] is a professional talent agency. We work with mainstream international streaming platforms — similar to platforms where influencers and content creators build their audiences. The content is entertainment-based: live conversations, interactive shows, music, humor. Everything follows standard platform guidelines, and you always control your own boundaries.
Messenger
[Name], [Company Name] is a professional talent agency. We work with mainstream international streaming platforms. The content is entertainment-based — conversations, shows, music. Everything follows standard platform guidelines.
Always address the candidate by name. Never start with “No” — it sounds defensive. Lead with the company name and professional positioning instead.

“Is this a scam?” / “Is this company real?” / “This looks suspicious”

Phone
I completely understand the concern — there are a lot of questionable offers out there. [Company Name] is a registered talent agency with an established track record. You can check our website at [Company URL]. We work with models across more than 15 countries. Our process is fully transparent: you go through an interview, see exactly how everything works, meet the team, and only then decide if you want to start. There are no upfront payments or fees from you at any stage.
Messenger

The interview process is fully transparent, and you only start working once you’ve seen everything and decided yourself.
Always provide the website link. This is your strongest proof point. If the candidate is still skeptical — suggest they browse the site and follow up when ready.

“What exactly does the company do?”

Phone
[Company Name] is a talent agency specializing in discovering, training, and promoting streaming talent. We work with international streaming platforms and provide full support: content strategy, professional operators for chat management, mentoring, and technical optimization. We currently work with models across more than 15 countries. Our team handles everything behind the scenes so you can focus on streaming.

“Where is your office?” / “Can we meet in person?”

Phone
Since this is a fully remote position, the interview is also conducted online — via Zoom. [Company Name] works with talent internationally, so all processes are built for remote collaboration. You can check our website at [Company URL] for more about us!

This objection often masks a trust concern. After answering, reinforce with: “You can browse the site and see what past models say about us.”

Role & Content

“What is this exactly?” / “Can you explain more?”

Phone
Of course! You’d host live streams on international platforms — similar to what influencers and content creators do. The content is entertainment-based: conversations with viewers, interactive shows, music, humor. Everything is within standard platform guidelines and you always control your own boundaries. Would you like me to walk you through the details?

Would you like me to walk you through the details?
This is not a real objection — it’s interest. Always end with an open question to move them forward in the conversation.

“What exactly will I be doing?”

Phone
Your main responsibilities:
  • Hosting live streams on international platforms
  • Interacting with viewers in real time
  • Building your personal brand and communication style
  • Participating in creative content production
You won’t be working alone — your operator and the team provide support throughout the entire process.
Messenger
Your main activities: hosting live streams, interacting with viewers, building your personal brand, and creative content. You’ll have an operator and team supporting you from day one.

“What content topics are allowed?”

Phone
You choose your content direction based on your interests. Popular formats include:
  • Just Chatting (live conversations)
  • Music, dance, creative content
  • Reviews and discussions
  • Entertainment and humor
During training, mentors help you build your content plan. Restriction: political and religious topics are not allowed.
Messenger
You pick your own direction! Popular formats: Just Chatting, music, dance, creative content, entertainment. Mentors help you build a plan during training. Only restriction: no political or religious topics.

“Which platforms do you work with?”

Phone
We work with several major international streaming platforms. The specific platform is assigned based on your profile, strengths, and current market demand. The interviewer will explain platform details during your meeting.
Messenger

“Do I need to show my face?”

Phone
Yes, streaming does involve being on camera — that’s the core of the role. But you have full control over your content, appearance, and boundaries. Many models treat it like being a host or entertainer. If you’re comfortable with video calls — you’ll be comfortable with this.

Don’t apologize for this requirement. Be matter-of-fact and normalize it by comparing to video calls.

Requirements & Qualifications

“I don’t have any experience.”

Phone
That’s completely normal — most of our successful models started with zero experience. Training is included and provided at no cost. During your training period, you already begin earning money, and you’ll have continuous support from your operator and the team.
Messenger
That’s completely normal! Most of our successful models started with zero experience. Training is included and free. You’ll also have an operator who supports you from day one.
This is one of the most common objections. Treat it as a green light — the candidate is interested but needs reassurance.

“Why do you ask about height and weight?”

Phone
Great question. The streaming platforms we work with follow specific visual profile guidelines — similar to how modeling agencies have certain format requirements. It helps us determine which platform and content format would be the best fit for you. It’s a standard part of our screening process.
Messenger

“Why do you need my passport?”

Phone
It’s a standard identity and age verification procedure. The interviewer will simply ask you to briefly show your passport or ID card on camera during the Zoom call — just to confirm your identity and that you’re at least 18. We do not collect copies or store any personal documents.
Messenger
It’s a standard identity and age verification — required by the streaming platforms we work with. We don’t collect or store copies of your documents. You simply show it briefly on camera during the interview. This is to ensure compliance with platform rules.
Emphasize “briefly show on camera” and “no copies stored.” These two points resolve 90% of passport concerns.

Income & Employment

“How much can I really earn?” / “$500 sounds too good to be true”

Phone
Income depends on your activity and engagement level:
  • Starting average: $500+ per month
  • Experienced models: $300+ per individual stream
  • Top performers earn significantly more
Income is generated through viewer tips, virtual gifts, paid private chats, and platform bonuses. The more time and effort you invest, the higher the returns.
Messenger
$500/month is actually the starting range — it’s based on the minimum streaming hours (6h/day). Income grows with experience and audience engagement. During the first 5 days you get daily payouts, so you’ll see the earning potential quickly. I can share more specifics at the interview if you’d like!
In messenger, the “daily payouts in first 5 days” detail is very effective — it lowers risk perception and shows quick returns.

“Is the employment official?”

Phone
The cooperation format is freelance-based — you work as an independent contractor. Payments are made weekly to your account. All details regarding cooperation terms, payment methods, and working conditions are explained during the interview.

Schedule & Lifestyle

“6 hours a day is too much” / “Can I work less?”

Phone
The minimum requirement is 6 hours per day and 30 hours per week. This workload is necessary for consistent audience growth and stable earnings. The schedule is flexible though — you choose when to start and end your shifts.
Messenger
I get that! The 6-hour minimum is the standard, but you can discuss a flexible arrangement during the interview. Some models start with shorter sessions and build up. The main thing is consistency. Would you like to discuss the options at the interview?
In messenger, offer flexibility to keep them in the funnel. The interviewer can explain the real minimum during the meeting.

“Can I combine this with my job / studies?” / “I already have a job”

Phone
Absolutely — many of our models combine streaming with other activities. The schedule is fully flexible. As long as you can commit to the minimum 6 hours per day, you’re free to organize your time however works best.
Messenger
Many of our models combine this with other work. Since the schedule is flexible and you work from home, you can pick the hours that suit you best. Even a few hours in the evening can generate solid extra income.

“Is the job fully remote?”

Phone
Yes, 100% remote. You’ll need a quiet, private workspace, a qualifying smartphone, headphones with a mic, and a stable internet connection. That’s it — no office, no commute.
Messenger
Yes, 100% remote! You just need: a quiet private space, a qualifying smartphone, headphones with a mic, and stable internet. No office, no commute.

Stalling & Resistance

Important

These objections are about timing and commitment, not about the role itself. The goal is to keep momentum without being pushy. If the candidate says “no” twice — close gracefully.

“Not interested” / “No thanks”

Phone
No problem at all! Just out of curiosity — is it the remote format or the streaming part that doesn’t appeal? Some of our models were initially unsure but ended up really enjoying it. Either way, I appreciate your time!
Messenger
No problem at all! Just curious — is it the remote format or the streaming part that doesn’t appeal? Some of our models were initially unsure but ended up really enjoying it. Either way, thanks for letting me know!
The “which part” question is a soft rebuttal that sometimes reopens the conversation. If they stay firm — thank them and close. Never push twice.

“I need to ask my partner / parents / friend”

Phone
Of course, that makes complete sense! Would it help if I put together a quick summary you could share with them? In the meantime, I can pencil you in for an interview slot — it’s no-obligation and you can always cancel. When would be a good time to follow up?
Messenger
Of course! Would it help if I put together a quick summary you could share with them? In the meantime, I can pencil you in for an interview slot — it’s no-obligation and you can always cancel. When would be a good time to follow up?
Key technique: pencil in the interview while they “decide.” This creates a soft commitment and gives you a reason to follow up.

“How long does the interview take?”

Phone
The interview is individual and takes approximately 40 minutes. It’s conducted via Zoom — you’ll have a private conversation with the interviewer, learn about the work process in detail, and get answers to all your questions.
Messenger
It’s about 40 minutes via Zoom — a private 1-on-1 conversation. You’ll learn everything about the process and can ask any questions. No obligation — you decide afterward.
Always mention “no obligation” for the interview. This lowers the commitment barrier and makes it easier to say yes.
