Step-by-Step Instructions for New Recruiters
Models (streaming talent) or Operators (technical moderators)? Your team lead will assign you a campaign. Do not mix them.
Open the corresponding Call Script from the START HERE page.
Read Phase 1: Opening in your Call Script. Identify which traffic variant applies to your first call:
Follow the script word-for-word. Keep the Call Script open in front of you. Use the Quick Navigation panel to jump between phases as needed.
If the candidate raises an objection: Click the link to the Objection Handling Guide (linked in your Call Script). Find the objection, read the rebuttal, use it.
If the candidate books a Zoom interview: send the Interview Invitation template via Telegram or WhatsApp within 5 minutes. This reduces no-shows by 30-40%.
It's normal to feel uncertain on your first call. Read directly from the script. By your 5th call, you'll internalize the flow. By your 10th call, you'll feel confident.
Qualification = confirming the candidate meets the hard requirements for the role. If they don't meet a hard requirement (age, PC/smartphone, etc.), they cannot proceed to the interview.
Your job: Filter out unqualified candidates BEFORE booking the interview. This saves time for the interviewer and improves your qualification accuracy KPI.
| Campaign | Hard Requirements (Must Have) |
|---|---|
| Models | Age 18-25 • Height-Weight Formula (h-w ≥ 99) • Smartphone (iPhone 11+ or Android 2023+) • Private Room • 6h/day availability |
| Operators | Age 18+ • PC/Laptop • CPU (Intel i3 10th gen+ or AMD Ryzen 3000+) • GPU (GTX 1060 6GB+ or AMD 2019+) • 100 Mbps Internet |
Models: Under 18, no smartphone, formula fails (h-w < 99), cannot commit 6h/day
Operators: No PC, CPU too old (Intel 9th gen or older, AMD FX series), no dedicated GPU, internet < 100 Mbps
If a candidate's situation doesn't fit the qualification matrix clearly (edge case, unclear hardware specs, etc.), escalate to your team lead. Never improvise or make exceptions without approval.
Introduce yourself, state the position, ask for permission to continue. If they say "not interested" — use the soft rebuttal. If they say "no" twice, thank them and end the call.
Models: Age check (18-25 required).
Operators: PC ownership + age check (18+ required).
If they fail the quick filter, use the soft disqualification script and end the call politely.
Explain what the job is, how earnings work, and what makes it attractive (flexible schedule, remote, training included, international team). Highlight social proof: "We work with models/moderators across more than 15 countries."
Ask the qualification questions (8-11 questions depending on campaign). Cross-reference hardware specs against the compatibility tables (linked in your Call Script). If they fail a hard requirement, disqualify.
Use the alternative close: "Would [Day 1] or [Day 2] work better for you?" (Do NOT ask "Would you like to schedule?" — too easy to say no).
Once they pick a date, confirm the details and send the Interview Invitation within 5 minutes.
Wrong: "We have two positions — one for models, one for operators. Which interests you?"
Right: Use the correct script for your assigned campaign. Never mention both roles on the same call.
Wrong: Booking a Model candidate who is 17 years old ("they'll turn 18 soon").
Right: Hard requirements are hard. If they don't meet the criteria, politely disqualify. No exceptions.
Wrong: Candidate says "not interested" twice, you keep pitching.
Right: Respect the "Rule of One" — you get ONE soft rebuttal. If they say no twice, thank them and end the call.
Wrong: Candidate asks "What's the tax situation?" and you make up an answer.
Right: "That's a great question — let me escalate that to my team lead so you get the accurate answer."
Wrong: Booking an interview but not sending the confirmation message.
Right: Within 5 minutes of booking, send the Interview Invitation template (provided in your Call Script) via Telegram or WhatsApp.
Action: Use the rebuttal in your Call Script: "Of course, what specifically would you like to think about? Maybe I can clarify right now." Then soft close: "Can I tentatively reserve a spot for [Day 1 or Day 2] while you decide? No commitment."
Action: Get their Telegram or WhatsApp, send the opening message from your Messenger Script. Continue the conversation in messenger format (shorter messages, different pacing).
Action: Ask them to send a screenshot of their system specs via Telegram or WhatsApp. Cross-reference the screenshot against your Hardware Compatibility Guide. If still unclear, escalate.
Action: We work with candidates across more than 15 countries. As long as they meet the qualification criteria (age, hardware/smartphone, hours available) and can communicate in the working language, geography is not a blocker.
Action: Use the "Is this a scam?" objection from your Objection Handling Guide. Provide the company website, emphasize no upfront fees, transparent interview process. If they remain highly skeptical, escalate.
After 3 calls, you'll have a feel for the script, the objections, and the qualification process. Continue using the Call Scripts and Objection Handling Guide as reference tools. By your 10th call, you'll be moving through the script fluidly.
Read the full Objection Handling Guide for your campaign (Models or Operators). Familiarize yourself with all 14-21 objections so you're never caught off guard.
Ask your team lead how to log your calls. Track: calls made, interviews booked, show-up rate, qualification accuracy.
