Welcome to HUNTME Recruitment

What is HUNTME?

HUNTME is a talent platform connecting streaming studios with international streaming models and technical moderators. Your role: recruit qualified candidates from warm and cold traffic sources, qualify them, and book interviews.

💼 For Call Center Directors

If you're evaluating this partnership, start here: Partnership Guide — covers revenue potential, lead generation strategy, job board recommendations, and operational requirements.

After reviewing the Partnership Guide, read documents 01-02 below to understand the recruitment process, then train your team using the pathway-specific scripts (Models or Operators).

📹 Models

Recruiting streaming talent (performers who appear on camera)

🎮 Operators

Recruiting technical moderators (behind-the-scenes streaming staff)

🔍 Key Differences: Models vs Operators

Models are streaming talent who appear on camera. Qualification criteria: age 18-25, visual format requirements (height/weight formula), smartphone with camera, private room.

Operators are technical moderators who run streaming software behind the scenes. Qualification criteria: age 18+, PC with specific CPU/GPU, 100 Mbps internet, technical aptitude.

Use different scripts for each pathway. Do not mix them.
