Internal Guide for Recruitment Team
When speaking with candidates, you represent a talent agency — never mention “HUNTME” (this is an internal platform name only).
Every phase must earn the candidate’s permission to continue. Do not dump information — engage, ask, listen. The goal is a conversation, not a monologue.
Goal: The candidate stays on the line and agrees to listen — 0–15 seconds
Hello, [Name]! My name is [Your Name], I’m calling from [Company Name]. We’re a talent agency that develops and promotes streamers. Right now we have an urgent opening for a Remote Streaming Moderator — $150+ per week, paid weekly, 100% remote. Can I take just 2 minutes to tell you the key points?
Hello, [Name]! My name is [Your Name] from [Company Name]. I see you responded to our vacancy for a Streaming Platform Moderator. Great that you’re interested! Let me walk you through the position details — it’ll take about 5 minutes. Shall we?
Hello, [Name]! My name is [Your Name] from [Company Name]. [Referrer Name] recommended you as someone who might be a great fit for a remote position we have — Streaming Platform Moderator, from $150/week with growth. Do you have a couple of minutes?
Use the rebuttal below. You get one soft attempt — never push more than once.
“I completely understand. Just so you know — this is a fully remote position, weekly pay starts from $150, no experience needed. Could I just take 60 seconds to share the highlights? If it’s not for you, no pressure at all.”
Schedule a callback. Use the script below.
No problem! When would be a convenient time to call back — today in the evening or tomorrow morning?
Use the rebuttal below to address the concern transparently.
“We’re [Company Name], a talent agency for streamers. Your profile came up as a potential match for our remote moderator position. If this isn’t relevant, I apologize for the interruption. But if remote work with weekly pay interests you, I’d love to share just the key points.”
Thank the candidate politely and end the call. Never push more than once. A second “no” is final.
Candidate raised an objection not covered above? See the Complete Objection Handling Guide (14 objections) — includes “Is this a scam?”, “$150 is too low”, “I need to think about it”, “I already have a job”, and more. Each objection has a ready-to-use phone script and a 3-step framework (Acknowledge → Reframe → Bridge).
Proceed to → Phase 2: Quick Filter
Goal: Confirm PC and age — 15–30 seconds
Great! Just two quick questions before we dive in. First — do you have a personal PC or laptop?
A personal computer is a hard requirement for this role. Use the soft handling below before ending the call.
“Are you planning to get a PC or laptop in the near future? If so, we can keep your profile and reach out when you’re set up.”
Thank the candidate politely and end the call. Record the outcome in your CRM.
Perfect. And may I ask — how old are you?
Candidate is not eligible. “Unfortunately, this position is only available for candidates 18 and older.” — Thank the candidate politely and end the call.
Excellent. Let me tell you more about the company, the role, and what you can earn.
Proceed to → Phase 3: Value Proposition
Goal: Present the company, income trajectory, schedule, training, and social proof — 2–3 minutes
The company specializes in developing and promoting streamers on online platforms. The moderator’s responsibilities are primarily related to the technical and organizational side of broadcasts.
No prior experience required — full training is provided by the company. Emphasize this if the candidate sounds hesitant.
Your income grows as your skills improve — the company increases your revenue share percentage over time.
This is a full-time position with a 5/2 schedule (shift-based work). Make sure the candidate understands this before continuing.
We currently work with moderators across more than 15 countries. Many of our team members started with zero streaming experience and now earn $300+/week within their first 3 months.
Goal: Confirm the candidate meets all technical and personal requirements — 3–5 minutes
Are you currently studying or working?
If studying: in-person or distance? (In-person students are NOT eligible)

What time would be most convenient for you to do the interview tomorrow?

Perfect! I’ll send you a confirmation message on Telegram / WhatsApp with all the details.
