You generate traffic. You are responsible for sourcing candidate leads through job boards, social media ads, referrals, and other channels (detailed below).
HUNTME provides the tools. HUNTME is a talent platform that provides call scripts, qualification criteria, and connects you with streaming agencies and studios looking for talent.
You recruit and qualify. Your team uses our scripts to call candidates, qualify them against hard requirements, and book Zoom interviews.
Agencies conduct interviews. HUNTME transfers qualified candidates to streaming agencies and studios (our clients). These agencies conduct interviews, select candidates, and handle onboarding.
You get paid per completed interview. Payment is made for interviews where the candidate shows up and completes the interview process with the agency/studio.
Telephony: Your own phone system (VoIP, cloud dialer, or traditional). Call recording required for quality assurance.
CRM: Your own candidate tracking system (Google Sheets, Airtable, or any CRM). We provide reporting templates.
Team: Recruitment managers trained on our scripts (training time: 30 minutes using documents 01-02).
We recommend a mix of job boards (primary), social media ads (secondary), and referrals (high conversion). Use generic job titles to maximize lead volume — qualify specifics during the call.
Strategy: Post generalized remote job ads. Avoid mentioning "HUNTME" or specific streaming platforms. Use broad titles like "Stream Manager," "Content Manager," "Chat Moderator."

Strategy: Run lead generation ads with generic messaging. Target demographics: women 18-25 (Models), tech-savvy 18+ (Operators). Use phrases like "Remote Work Opportunity," "Become a Stream Manager," "Work From Home."
Creative Examples:
Landing Page: Simple form collecting Name, Age, Phone, Telegram/WhatsApp. Follow up with calls using our scripts.
Strategy: Ask every candidate at the end of the call: "Do you know anyone who might be interested in a similar opportunity?" If yes, get their contact info and note the referrer's name.
Referral Script: "Hi [Name], [Referrer Name] recommended you for a remote position we're filling. Do you have 5 minutes to hear about it?"
Referrals convert 2-3x higher than cold traffic because of built-in social proof.
Never mention "HUNTME" in job ads or social media. Use the talent agency brand name assigned to your campaign (see Call Scripts for brand details).
Use generic, aspirational job titles. Avoid "model" or "webcam" — use "Stream Manager," "Content Manager," "Live Host."

Send the interview confirmation message within 5 minutes of booking via Telegram or WhatsApp. This single action reduces no-shows by 30-40% and increases show-up rate from 40% to 60%+.
Training time: 30 minutes (read Campaign Brief + Quick Start Guide). First 3 calls should be supervised.

Dialing capacity: 150+ calls/day per manager (approximately 1 call every 3 minutes during 8-hour shift).
You provide: Your own candidate tracking system (can be as simple as Google Sheets or Airtable, or a full CRM like HubSpot).
We provide: Weekly reporting template (track: calls made, bookings, show-ups, campaign type).
Minimum fields: Candidate Name, Phone, Campaign (Models/Operators), Booking Date, Show-Up Status, Qualification Notes.
Frequency: Weekly reports submitted to HUNTME.
Required metrics: Total calls, interviews booked, interviews completed (show-ups), booking rate, show-up rate.
Format: CSV or Google Sheets (template provided upon partnership agreement).
Call recording consent: Inform candidates at the beginning of the call that the conversation is being recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
Data handling: Candidate personal data (name, phone, age, location) must not be shared with third parties outside of HUNTME.
Data retention: Retain candidate data only as long as necessary for recruitment purposes. Delete data upon request.
Age verification: Never recruit candidates under 18 for Models campaign. Operators can be 18+.
No misleading claims: Do not promise guaranteed income, guaranteed placement, or make false claims about the role.
Respectful communication: Follow the "Rule of One" — if a candidate says "not interested" twice, end the call politely.
Never improvise policy or make promises outside of the provided scripts. If a candidate asks about payment methods, tax documentation, legal contracts, or other edge cases, escalate to HUNTME support.
