Internal Guide for Recruitment Team

Brand & Representation Guidelines

When speaking with candidates, you represent a talent agency — never mention “HUNTME” (this is an internal platform name only).

Default brand: [Company Name] — a talent agency specializing in developing and promoting streamers on international platforms.
If your campaign is assigned a different client brand, use that brand name and URL instead.
Use the company name consistently throughout the entire conversation. Substitute [Company Name] in all scripts below.
If asked about the company website, provide: [Company URL]
Positioning for the candidate: “We are a talent agency that discovers, trains, and promotes streaming talent on international platforms.”
Overview

Call Flow — 5 Phases

Key Principle

Every phase must earn the candidate’s permission to continue. Do not dump information — engage, ask, listen. The goal is a conversation, not a monologue.

↑ Quick Navigation
1

Opening

Goal: The candidate stays on the line and agrees to listen — 0–15 seconds

Variant A — Cold Call
Cold

Hello, [Name]! My name is [Your Name], I’m calling from [Company Name]. We’re a talent agency that develops and promotes streamers. Right now we have an urgent opening for a Remote Streaming Moderator — $150+ per week, paid weekly, 100% remote. Can I take just 2 minutes to tell you the key points?

Variant B — Responded to Job Ad
Warm

Hello, [Name]! My name is [Your Name] from [Company Name]. I see you responded to our vacancy for a Streaming Platform Moderator. Great that you’re interested! Let me walk you through the position details — it’ll take about 5 minutes. Shall we?

Variant C — Referral
Referral

Hello, [Name]! My name is [Your Name] from [Company Name]. [Referrer Name] recommended you as someone who might be a great fit for a remote position we have — Streaming Platform Moderator, from $150/week with growth. Do you have a couple of minutes?

Handling Objections (All Variants)
All Variants
If “Not interested”

Use the rebuttal below. You get one soft attempt — never push more than once.

Soft Rebuttal — “Not Interested”

“I completely understand. Just so you know — this is a fully remote position, weekly pay starts from $150, no experience needed. Could I just take 60 seconds to share the highlights? If it’s not for you, no pressure at all.”

If “I’m busy right now”

Schedule a callback. Use the script below.

No problem! When would be a convenient time to call back — today in the evening or tomorrow morning?

If “Who are you? / Where did you get my number?”

Use the rebuttal below to address the concern transparently.

Rebuttal — “Who Are You?”

“We’re [Company Name], a talent agency for streamers. Your profile came up as a potential match for our remote moderator position. If this isn’t relevant, I apologize for the interruption. But if remote work with weekly pay interests you, I’d love to share just the key points.”

If candidate says “No” twice

Thank the candidate politely and end the call. Never push more than once. A second “no” is final.

Full Objection Handling Guide

Candidate raised an objection not covered above? See the Complete Objection Handling Guide (14 objections) — includes “Is this a scam?”, “$150 is too low”, “I need to think about it”, “I already have a job”, and more. Each objection has a ready-to-use phone script and a 3-step framework (Acknowledge → Reframe → Bridge).

If “Yes”

2

Quick Filter

Goal: Confirm PC and age — 15–30 seconds

Great! Just two quick questions before we dive in. First — do you have a personal PC or laptop?

If no PC / laptop

A personal computer is a hard requirement for this role. Use the soft handling below before ending the call.

Soft Handling — No PC

“Are you planning to get a PC or laptop in the near future? If so, we can keep your profile and reach out when you’re set up.”

If no PC and no plans to get one

Thank the candidate politely and end the call. Record the outcome in your CRM.

Perfect. And may I ask — how old are you?

If under 18

Candidate is not eligible. “Unfortunately, this position is only available for candidates 18 and older.” — Thank the candidate politely and end the call.

Excellent. Let me tell you more about the company, the role, and what you can earn.

If both checks pass

Proceed to Phase 3: Value Proposition

Closing & Interview Booking

Goal: Schedule the interview with a confirmed date and time — 1–2 minutes

That covers all the key information about the position. Do you have any additional questions?

If everything is clear, we’d like to invite you to an online interview via Zoom. Please make sure the app is installed in advance.

What time would be most convenient for you to do the interview tomorrow?

Alternative Close Technique

Do NOT ask an open-ended question. Instead, use an alternative close — offer two specific time options: “Would [Time A] or [Time B] work better for you?”

After they pick a date/time

Confirm the exact date, time, and format. Then deliver the passport/ID requirement:

Perfect! I’ll send you a confirmation message on Telegram / WhatsApp with all the details.

One thing to mention — please have your passport or ID card available during the interview. It’s a standard requirement for age verification. The interviewer will just need to briefly see it on camera.

We’re looking forward to meeting you on [date]! If anything changes, just let us know in advance. Have a great day, [Name]!

If “I need to think about it” / hesitation

See Objection Handling Guide → “I need to think about it” for detailed rebuttal scripts.

After confirmation

Send the Interview Invitation Template via Telegram or WhatsApp within 5 minutes. This cements the commitment and reduces no-shows by 30-40%.
