Section 2

Working Conditions (Financial + Schedule)

Manager Instruction — Message Pacing

Send the messages below one by one, with 10–20 second pauses between them. Do NOT send everything at once. Wait for the candidate to read each message before sending the next.

Message 1 — Compensation

Let me start with the most important — compensation:

• Weekly payments, every Sunday

• Starting from $150/week

• You receive a % of total stream revenue (donations, ads, platform monetization)

• As your skills grow, your % increases

Message 2 — Income Growth

For context: experienced moderators (2–3 months in) typically earn $250–350/week. Top performers reach $400+/week. That’s $1,400–1,600/month working from home.

Social Proof

We work with moderators across more than 15 countries. Many started with zero streaming experience — after their first month, most are comfortable working independently, and within 3 months are earning $300+/week.

Message 3 — Schedule

Schedule details:

• 5 working days / 2 days off

• 6–8 hours per day, 1 hour break

• Shifts: morning, afternoon, evening, or night

• Schedule set one week in advance, floating days off

Section 3

Training & Onboarding

Onboarding Process

  • Training and onboarding are organized to help you learn the role as quickly as possible
  • You’ll have a dedicated mentor — an experienced moderator who:
    • Helps understand all functions
    • Shares practical experience
    • Accompanies you throughout the onboarding process
  • Each training day is paid — starting from $30 per shift on average
  • Total training and onboarding duration: 5–7 calendar days
Section 4

Moderator Responsibilities

The moderator is a professional who works behind the scenes, assisting the streamer during broadcasts and improving their quality.

Technical Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Equipment setup and control: computer, audio equipment
  • Working with software to improve image and sound: OBS, Streamlabs, etc.
  • Chat control and moderation: respond to unanswered messages, block rule violators, remove spam/ads/negative comments
Section 5

Creative Opportunities

Note

These tasks are not mandatory, but they directly impact viewer count, donations, and your income.

Optional Creative Tasks

  • Suggesting creative ideas to improve broadcasts
  • Participating in content plan creation
  • Working with visuals during live streams: camera, angles, overall image and broadcast atmosphere
Section 6

Next Steps & Urgency

We have a limited number of interview slots this week. If you’re interested, just write “I’m interested” and I’ll help you secure a spot.

I will then ask a few additional questions and, based on your answers, schedule your interview.

Manager Instruction

If no response within 4 hours, send Follow-Up Template 1 from Section 12.

Section 7

Common Candidate Responses

Manager Instruction

Use these pre-written responses when candidates ask common questions or raise objections. Copy the TEMPLATE text and personalize where needed.

Full Objection Handling Guide

This section covers the 6 most common responses. For all 14 objections with detailed messenger templates (including “Is this a scam?”, “I already have a job”, “I’m a student”, and more), see the Complete Objection Handling Guide.

“What exactly does a moderator do?”

Great question! A streaming moderator works behind the scenes during live broadcasts. Your main tasks: set up and control equipment (PC, audio), work with streaming software (OBS) to improve quality, moderate the chat (respond to messages, block rule violators, remove spam). Think of it as being the streamer’s right hand — making sure everything runs smoothly.

“Is this adult content?”

The platforms we work with are mainstream streaming platforms, similar to Twitch. The content varies by streamer — it can be gaming, music, talk shows, creative content, and more. All content follows platform guidelines.

“Is this legit? How do I know this isn’t a scam?”

That’s a completely fair question. [Company Name] is a registered agency that works with streamers professionally. You can check our website: [Company URL]. The interview is conducted via Zoom with our team. There are no upfront payments or fees from your side — ever.

“$150/week seems low”

$150 is the starting base. Your income is actually a percentage of total stream revenue, which grows with experience. Within 2–3 months, most moderators earn $250–350/week. Top performers earn $400+/week. The starting rate is guaranteed while you’re still learning.

“I don’t have experience with OBS”

No worries at all! No prior experience is required. You’ll go through a paid training period (5–7 days, from $30/shift) with a personal mentor — an experienced moderator who will teach you everything step by step.

“I can’t work night shifts”

That’s fine! We have multiple shift options: morning (from 08:00), afternoon (from 12:00), evening (from 18:00), and night (from 22:00). You can choose the shift that works best for you, and the schedule is set one week in advance.
